Highways Customer Feedback Survey 

Cumbria County Council seeks customers ideas and views to improve county highways network 

Cumbria County Council’s Highways Service have launched an online survey to understand the views and needs of local people and road users.

The survey is part of a project to develop and improve the highways service, ensuring the network meets the needs of local communities, businesses and visitors.

From improving the planning of routine and emergency roadworks, to the reporting of road faults or defects, we aim to understand customers views to help make the service better for everyone. The survey aims to gain an understanding of customer’s current views about the service and learn about their previous experiences with the service, gaining a better understanding of their communication preferences.

Please encourage any of your constituents that may be passionate about highways to complete our survey using the following link:
